Job Description: Photovoltaic Technical Sales

  • Qualify company-generated leads and set appointments to meet customers.
  • Assess customer goals.
  • Prepare site survey analysis.
  • Make system recommendations.
  • Research project ROI and financing options.
  • Create professional sales proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the sale and entire project, including securing permits, inspections, equipment, delivery and coordinating with engineering and utility companies.
  • Serve as liaison to the customer from beginning to end of project. 
  • Prepare documentation of system commissioning.     
  • Prepare operation manual, system monitoring, and warranty package.
  • Follow-up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • A passion for solar energy.
  • Must be an energetic, motivated, highly organized multi-tasker with effective financial, communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum two years face-to-face sales experience with strong presentation skills for sharing the benefits of solar energy.
  • Highly confident and goal oriented.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Can work some evenings and weekends, as needed.

360 Solar is currently seeking qualified Photovoltaic (PV) professionals to install residential and commercial grid-tied and off-grid PV systems.

Job Description: Photovoltaic (PV) Installer

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure safe work practices.
  • Inventory and pre-assemble job components in the warehouse, as necessary.
  • Install solar modules, array and mounting hardware.
  • Mount electrical equipment (DC and AC).
  • Install electrical wiring of solar array/system.
  • Document commissioning of completed installation.
  • Clean up job site.
  • Attend training sessions on new products, installation methods and safety.

 
Qualifications:

  • A team player.
  • Experienced in electrical PV installations, roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred. Ideal candidates have NABCEP certification or Masters Electrician license A+++. 
  • Experienced in safe use of hand-held and power tools.
  • Experienced with all types of building materials. Prefer experience with various roof types (stucco, wood, concrete, etc.).
  • Able to work in uncomfortable environments such as hot or cold outdoors, on rooftops, in small crawl spaces, etc.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 lb.
  • A licensed driver with a clean driving record.

Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
